Safety
WHO IS MY CAPTAIN?
Our captains are all USCG certified captains.
Safety is very important to Rockport Tiki Boats by Tiki Time. When you arrive you will sign a waiver before boarding the tiki boat. A legal guardian must sign for riders under the age of 18.
ARE LIFE JACKETS AVAILABLE ON BOARD?
Yes, there is a type 1 PFD for every passenger. Along with all the coast guard requirements for the vessel including a first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
HOW MANY PASSENGERS CAN RIDE ON ONE BOAT?
US Coast Guard regulations is 6 people total, regardless of age.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
YES Children are allowed. Tiki Boat rides are fun for all ages. Children under the age of 13 are required to wear a life jacket which we have on board or you can bring your own. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than two children so we can make the appropriate accommodations for life jackets.

WHO SHOULD RENT ROCKPORT TIKI BOATS?
Anyone looking for a fun boat ride! Besides relaxing with a cold drink we can pretty much book whatever you can imagine. From birthday parties, bachelorette and bachelor parties, corporate meetings, remembrance ceremonies or just for fun! Looking for a romantic sunset cruise to pop the question? We can plan that too! Send us an email for special plans.
WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
The cruise cost includes the boat, United States Coast Guard certified captain and up to 6 passengers plus a full size cooler with ice.
SHOULD I TIP MY CAPTAIN?
Our Captains do work for tips, so gratuity is appreciated.
HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?
2.5 hours
CAN I PLAY MY OWN MUSIC ONBOARD?
Yes, we have bluetooth-capable speaker system that can sync to your phone and choice of music.
DO YOU PROVIDE FOOD AND DRINK?
We do not provide any food or drink, however, you may bring your own food, snacks, soft drinks or your favorite adult beverages. You must be 21 to drink on the tiki boat. Please drink responsibly.
Cancellation
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICy?
Once the Tiki Boat(s) is booked it is non-refundable (no matter what, zero exceptions). If you need to cancel you have the flexibility of switching your tour to another time and day for a whole year! You must let us know no later than 48 hours before your tour.
Rockport Tiki Boats by Tiki Time reserves the right to cancel at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time (this excludes behavioral and alcohol related cancellations).
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS NOT PERMITTING?
We go out rain or shine! The Tiki Boat is covered and will do a good job keeping you dry. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions. We have no control of weather and unfortunately you can not be refunded if you cancel because the weather is not to your liking.
If the captain determines the weather is not safe you can reschedule up to a year from your booking.
