WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICy?

Once the Tiki Boat(s) is booked it is non-refundable (no matter what, zero exceptions). If you need to cancel you have the flexibility of switching your tour to another time and day for a whole year! You must let us know no later than 48 hours before your tour.

Rockport Tiki Boats by Tiki Time reserves the right to cancel at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time (this excludes behavioral and alcohol related cancellations).

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS NOT PERMITTING?

We go out rain or shine! The Tiki Boat is covered and will do a good job keeping you dry. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions. We have no control of weather and unfortunately you can not be refunded if you cancel because the weather is not to your liking. 

 

If the captain determines the weather is not safe you can reschedule up to a year from your booking.
